To sleep . . .

gridloreI have joined the weighted blanket revolution. Yesterday at Target we were shopping for some other household needs and found 12lb blankets on sale.
My Fitbit tracks how I sleep, so I've been seeing that I've been restless and really lacking in deep and REM sleep periods. Having heard good things from other people, I decided to give it a try.
I slept like a log. Over eight hours total, with brief awake periods when I needed the restroom and one leg cramp. Deep and REM sleep were much improved. One metric of how well I slept was when Kirsten came to bed I never moved. I was out.
So count me as a convert.
