Oh, for fuck's sake. I called the idiot "health management" company that sent me a list of dozens of procedures I had while under MediCal, all of which were marked as my total responsibility.

"Oh, we have an unusually large volume of calls. I can take your information and someone will get back to you in 3-5 days. Maybe more."
