One of the fusion plants will occasionally drop to 95% of rated power for a few hours. Engineering can't figure out why. All other feed and output instruments are normal, Joules-out just drops a bit. So far, it hasn't happened frequently enough to be anything more than annoying. Still, the Chief Engineer secretly dreads the possibility of a poorly timed power drop causing a main gun misfire...
