This is where I go all queer-rights-activist on you and ask why Who Can Resist That Smile is limited to heterosexual interactions. Because really, this is the Captain Jack Harkness stunt if you play it right. Even if the PC isn't actually interested in the target (or hell, vice-versa), there's a non-zero chance that turning on the charm will work.
