gridloreIn preparation for out move, I've been on my usual "let's get rid of shit we don't need" tear. I see moving as the perfect chance to get rid of the accumulated stuff that pikes up in any life. kshandra has done a great job of winnowing her herd, and yesterday I took my first turn with the weed whacker.
I collect (and wear) t-shirts. con shirts, Dead shirts, weird message shirts, I had two full drawers of them, with serious overflow. So I divided them into three piles: Keep, Maybe, and Goodwill. Some of the choices were easy. Shirts I got for doing special events with SuperShuttle, Old con tees from conventions I can barely remember.. the Maybe pile was run by Kirsten. After all was said and down, the clean Keepers barely took up half a drawer. Of course, there is a mountain of laundry to do, so there will be another round of triage.
