gridloreWe had a ranter in alt.conspiracy. Nothing special but I replied to correct a few facts, and to point out that he had misspelled coup as coupe. I pointed out that the latter is in fact a type of car.
One person asked if a dictator drove one it would make it a coupe d'etat.
No, said I, but if Mussolini had driven one, it would have been:
his Il Duce Coupe.
I shall run now.
