When my good pair of gloves vanished out of the truck, I went off. I threatened vengeance ranging from getting the thief written up to his remains being found along state secondary highways in five counties. I made it loudly clear to anyone in management that I could corner that those gloves were my property, and if I can't leave some personal items in the truck I use every day without having them stolen, then we may have a problem. I also made sure that it was clearly understood that my name was written on each glove.

When I got in Friday morning, my gloves were sitting on top of my clipboard.

Victory.

Now if I can just get them to stop changing the radio station when they move the trucks 75 feet to load them at night.
