gridloreAbout the time Kiri came to bed last night (around 0100) I suffered one on the worst Charlie Horses I've had in years. It felt like a rock had been placed in my calf, that's how tight the muscles were. Took about five minutes before I could even begin to stretch the affected area.
Now of course the entire leg is tender and twinging like it wants to cramp again. Hot shower once I get home to help relax it, and plenty of hydration today.
