Just found an amusing bug in Madden '08. My Niners had just scored on an interception return, and to put the game out of reach I decided to go for a 2-pt conversion. However, I was flagged with a 15-yard penalty which pushed me back to the 17 yard line. The program evidently couldn't handle this, and gave me first and ten at the 17. I ended up kicking a field goal, but I think that well may be the first 3-point PAT in football history.

In my universe (where it is 2010 already) the 49ers are 13-1 and have secured homefield advantage all through the playoffs.
