gridloreMy conversion was progressing nicely. I drink cheap beer, drive trucks for a living, live for sports, get all the jokes on the Blue Collar Comedy Tour.. but one thing was missing.
Today, I am complete. Since buying Darby we have made at least three trips to Kragen Auto Parts, and this afternoon, in 90° temperatures, I washed my truck.
I never wash cars - I used to work at a car wash! But Darby gets parked under a tree many nights, so my beautiful white truck was getting dirty!
This, of course, required a trip to Kragen for a wash mitt, car wash detergent, and a new bucket. We have buckets, but I needed a new one.
Darby is clean, there is balance in the universe.
I suppose I need to start caring about NASCAR now...
