gridloreWe went on a hay ride today! And met goats! There was a bouncy house, but I was too big (I was told this by a very solemn four year old) so I just climbed a really big hill!
What brought this on? Amazing Dave, a coworker with an interesting history, invited everyone to his place in Soquel for a party. I was the only driver there. There were a couple of warehouse guys. Everyone else? Office staff or management. Which meant I spent time hanging with one of the owners and the CEO. Hopefully, they'll remember me when its raise time.
But other than that, it was a beautiful day in the Santa Cruz mountains, the food was incredible, drinks were plentiful (viva Corona!) and everyone had a lot of fun.
