I'd love to see the "four lane highway beginning at its front gate connecting it to the interstate highway system" at Schofield Barracks, HI.
Actually, the main highways in Hawaii (when I was there, it was just the H1, but now I think there are a couple others) are designated as "Interstates." Really. Truly. Had something to do with the federal funding involved, IIRC.
