About 25 years ago a bunch of us were in a local pizza parlor that had a pipe organ. And upon request, the organist did play that.

*Very* impressive. :-)

Wait...

Didn't you see the Twisted Sister vid I posted?

BTW, Vader + bagpipes = rock!

I did see that, but I was expecting at least a few "you're a sick man, Doug" replies.

Nope. You look perfectly sane to me.

You are a sick sick man in need of serious professional help.

Quite surreal, yes.

When I got married, we asked the organ player at the church if he could play the Imperial March as our march. This was a couple of months before the wedding and we provided notes of the piece for him. He acknowledged the choice and we thought everything was fine.

Alas, on the wedding day at the church, he arrived just two (2) minutes before the ceremony was set to begin, and of course he didn't remember anything about our request. To get the party going, we didn't hassle him, he played a traditional march and we got married (or rather, our marriage was blessed, but that's another story).

I didn't want to mar the happy day with yelling at him, but I came pretty close. I should've commented to him after the event, though, but I've never got around to do that. I just tell the story too often.

Oh, and Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
