Last night, we went out for Kiri's birthday dinner with murphymom. My discussion of wanting to get back into figure painting made her think of a store she and n_1_n had been into a few day previously. So we went to Campbell for dinner, and then to the store. A gaming store.

Brand new, and still pretty bare. Mostly miniatures stuff but a decent shelf of RPGs. The owner was a cute, very knowledgeable young woman who seemed really into both the store as a profit maker and as a gaming space.

They will be getting my business. And when GURPS Space comes out for the 4th edition rules, I'll have a place for my game to run!

Craig, you'd love this place. Very much the GameTable vibe from it.

I'll have to find the card to remember the name, but it's on S. Bascom just south of Tower Records (I commented last night that I'd go back to that location when they reopened the "Posters and Plants" section.)
