because there's no way in hell I could signal a touchdown right now. My damn shoulder is just one big ball of pain from my neck down to the point of the shoulder blade. I'm going to take one of my massive pain pills in a bit with a late breakfast.

Needless to say, I'm not at work today. I also have to check the jury duty website at noon.

Well, one thing is clear. I love my metal, and I love it live. Which won't be any surprise to anyone who has been following the Heavy Metal Sunday entries. Nice to see Bill Kirchen get up there (I listen to him more in the truck at work, no big shock there, I think.)

For me the one surprise is seeing how many times I listened to The Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny. Guess I was a bit focused on that song for a few weeks.

I was amused to learn that all my paid account allowed me to do was read Usenet. After much searching of your FAQ, I found that I have to send you an email asking for posting privileges.

Would have been nice if that little tidbit had been in my welcome email.
