That's just plain sad - if one's belief in a deity is so weak that it can't survive/coexist with the discoveries that arrive because of the intellect that one presumably also believes is a gift from that deity, well - it's a pretty piss-poor belief.

I've yet to meet a "Darwinist" who "runs roughshod over the book of Genesis." Have you? Usually they take their shoes off.

I've also yet to meet a "young earth creationist" who is willing to listen to reason. (Unless there's a band by that name, somewhere.)
