As near as I can figure, based on his signs on previous passings, he lost custody of his kids (big shock) and blames the Modesto PD and the presiding judge.
I have no idea. If I didn't have a vendor pick-up in the area I would never have known this guy exists.
It's easy to be amused by him, but my mom has worked in the metal health field for over thirty years, along with my own struggles with ASPD. I cannot imagine what demons this guy is struggling with.
He must have some sort of support network. He is clean shaven, appears to be well fed, and obviously has gas to move his car (it's on a different corner on different days, but always on Ninth.)

Does this guy have any friends? Do they ever tell him he makes no freakin' sense whatever? If not, then they aren't his friends.
