We didn't go to see Tosca Friday night. Lingering illness on my part, and the snafu with Kiri's unemployment paperwork meant that making the trip was an expense we could do without. Bit of a bummer, because from what I've heard watching opera on the big screen at AT&T is a blast.

The viral infection is gone (thank Halford) but a cold bug moved in to replace it.

We're getting the same summer up here in Portland, which is not normal.

I've seen more rain in June than we did in April. Hey June! This is the dry season! Sunny days, blue skies, all the stuff we don't tell the tourists about, hello?

Doug, for all the flights I've taken in the last year be THANKFUL for purple luggage. In a sea of navy blue and black, your beautiful PURPLE will stand out wonderfully well. Wait, why am I telling you that! LOL I remember where you BOTH used to work. ;)
