For once, it wasn't me!

Yet another hospital adventure. This morning, while I was still getting ready, kshandra was heading down to the car.. and fell down the stairs. She wasn't badly hurt, thankfully, but an obvious lump on her head and wrist that was really hurting made a trip to the ER in order.

The place was empty. Seriously, not a single person in the waiting room. We got back quickly, Kiri had X-rays done (no breaks) and we were out of there in about an hour. I will admit it was both amusing and weird to be the person not in the bed. She has a sprained wrist, and a really neat brace for it. (I took one look at the thing at thought "costuming!")

So I'm spending the day hovering over her. I'm still concerned about that bump on her head.

Yeah, this week is fired. Out of a cannon.

I'm so glad she wasn't badly hurt. I hope the bump is nothing *but* a bump and that she's feeling all better veryvery soon.

After we determined all the places she has abrasions, I pointed out that if she had gotten them in the right order, she would have landed a pretty good PLF.

Much to her chagrin, the stairs seem to have suffered no injury.
