Another good interview.

This one with Charron Metals Corp. The job sounds exciting. dispatching, customer services, and overseeing the warehouse crew. I'd also be doing office work keeping the paperwork for truck inspections, driver records, etc. The company collects scrap metal from companies all over the Bay Area, and sorts and recycles it. Monday-Friday, 0600 to whenever we're done. It's a salaried position with full benefits.

I think I scored points by having forklift experience and extensive driving experience in the Bay Area.

They're going to be interviewing for the remainder of the week, then calling people back for second interviews.

I haven't forgotten about you, either. I spoke to the regional director this morning, and he apologized for not getting back to me. While we don't need drivers (we contract that out to other companies), he says that forklift operators are always useful, and promised to (eventually) follow up with me on where to send you to apply.
