Blown up a bridge huh? bet not many people can say they've done that.

Demolitions training at Fort Benning. There was an engineering unit that trained by building bridges across the numerous ravines and creeks we had onpost. Us grunts would go out and blow them up, assault them, recon them whatever.

Climbing a wooden trestle bridge with 25 lbs of C-4 and detonators in pitch darkness remains one of the more interesting experiences of my life. Playing baseball with a ball made from C-4 is another.
