Who does the song, I think title is simply "Freak" and seems to about a loser addressing the girl of his dreams. The chorus seems to be something like:

"But I'm a freak
I'm a weirdo
I wish I was special"

I believe the name of that song is actually "Creep", by Radiohead:

Definitely "Creep", but I suppose it could be the Richard Cheese cover.
