Am I crazy?

I've been playing on the vehix.com site, and have decided that I want a Mini Cooper. Great little cars, economical as all hell, and affordable if Kiri and I start making some better money.

Red with a black top.

They're lots of fun to drive, but obviously aren't the roomiest things out there. I doubt my younger brother (6'4", 225lbs) would be too comfortable in one.

They were out of my price range when I was car shopping, but they are awfully cute, aren't they.

On the other hand, I've heard the guys from Car Talk (http://www.cartalk.com/) comment negatively on their reliability. That may not be an issue for you, but it would be for me if I could have afforded one.

Honestly, I'd *love* one. (I fell in love with them when I first saw 'em, and that love was cemented in the new version of The Italian Job) And I think that if it'd fit into your life, it's a great car to look forward to. I had to...un-want one, 'cause we're planning on another kid. If it was "just" Sammy, I think it would be okay...I don't think Jeff would fit into it, but he'd have the van or something that he *would* fit into. There's really no way I can see fitting two kids and everything they need into a teeny car though.

Luckily, the PT Cruiser *is* big enough. *grin*
