GURPS (http://www.sjgames.com/gurps/) Is the Generic Universal Role-Playing System, published by Steve Jackson Games (http://www.sjgames.com/). My favorite game system at the moment, and the one I've written for the most.

"Brushing teeth" comes from the online comic Sluggy Freelance (http://www.sluggy.com/) The character in that panel (Torg) had been lost in an alternate dimension, and his friends back home had arraigned to have him cloned. They gave the cloners Torg's toothbrush for the DNA.. and then got a cloned toothbrush back. This happened about the time Torg made it back from the Dimension of Lame. I use the icon for silly posts, posts about Sluggy, or when I'm working on something useless.
