I'm more concerned that they think 2-4" is 17%..... at 2" that would give you an 11.75 inch member, so adding 2 inches to that (or to get that) would mean you're at 9.5 and my guess is you don't need any help... at 4" we're talking just shy of 2' and I want NOTHING to do with that.
