Boy, do we suck.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers: 35
San Francisco 49ers: 3

We're 1-9. We can't even beat weak teams!

Oh, well. First pick in the draft!

Well, I feel as much sympathy as is possible for a Rams fan to feel towards a 'Niners fan. ;-) After all, if you're going to have a rivalry, it helps if both rivals are competitive....

The Rams have had a weirdly inconsistent season. You can't count on them to win the games they're expected to win, nor can you count on them to lose the games they're expected to lose. I'd say that losing former defensive coordinator Lovis Smith to the Bears (currently 4-6) has made at least a two-game difference so far this season.

Time to resurrect that great November family tradition...

"Maybe next year!"

I remember when the 49'ers were an unstoppable force, crushing all in their path. Now they look like the Cubs.

We have the worst owner in the NFL, and a dumb coach. Back when we were the Team of the 80s, we had a fantastic owner, and a brilliant coach.

Makes a big difference.

You also had Montana. Which makes a hell of a difference too.

Montana, guy named Rice, Ronnie Lott.. lot of great, Hall of Fame players. Most of whom were found by Bill Walsh.

C'mon, Jerry Rice played college ball at Mississippi Valley State. Whoever heard of that school? (He was taken, BTW, as the 16th pick in 1985.. the first pick that year? Bruce Smith.)
