Okay, NOW I'm pouting. Missing the wedding is bad enough (and I really wanted to be there), but missing the Piano Bar?! Oh, the agony!

I'm sorry hon. I'll miss seeing you but the training is top priority for you now. And when you have a job and some vacation time, you can fly out here and come sing show tunes with us at Rose's. Deal?

Kinda Curious, which piano bar are we talkin?

That would be Rose's Turn on Grove Street.

ah, not all that familiar... I could see koosh becoming hopeless addicted to the Duplex though...

Robbie Stemper plays at both Rose's and the Duplex.

My memories of the duplex are kinda hazy. Let's just say I crashed a bachelorette party where I had no clue who the bride to be was (nor her maitron of honour) but I knew a friend of a friend and well I knew her groom somewhat (we met twice) so that was a night of imbibing (read: working in the NYC office of my company) and I don't quite recall everything that transpiried other than making out with a very attractive couple from England who like to shop the republic. Go figure.

Erm. I think my grandmother might object, the wedding being in a church and all.
