As I've mentioned in the past, my screwed-up brain occasionally gives me a memory flash.. a single memory in complete clarity, all five senses involved. I just had one.

I have smoked one cigarette in my entire life. It made me sick as a dog.

Now, it's doing it again.

I smoked it when I was 15, so it was sort of illegal. I guess.

I still have flashbacks from the nightmare I had once while off my meds where I drank and then threw up a quart of vinegar.
