Hm... Working without my Hebrew-English dictionary:

To a male:

Atah tipesh l'gamrei (You're a complete idiot), v'ein lecha musag eich ha'olam oveid (and you have no idea how the world works.)

To a female:

At tipsha l'gamrei, v'ein lach musag eich ha'olam oveid.

If you need a more precise translation, I'll need to do it from home where I can look up a few words.

What do you need this for, anyway?
