A friend pointed me to the City of San Jose's web site for job listing. Lo and behold, there is a Police Dispatcher position!

So I try to apply. The damn Java-bloated thing keeps freezing the computer!

I found the problem. For somereason their PDF and my copy of Acrobat Reader were having hissy fits are each other. So I downloaded the Word version, and will fill it out in a bit.
