In the "Damning with faint praise" department, I'll grant them one thing:

At least they didn't mistranslate Novus Ordo Seclorum as "A New Secular Order."

Oh, and interestingly enough, Hermes/Mercury was not mentioned among the gods and goddesses named in the author's list near the end of the page. Nor was Eris/Discordia, for that matter. I'd be willing to bet that at least some events at the Burning Man honor these Greco-Roman deities. Why does the author not give credit where credit's due?

Is the author putting up a smokescreen to mask his own Hermetic or Discordian beliefs...? ;-)

I'm willing to bet he's never heard of the Lady of Discord. or knows Mercury as anything other than the messenger of the gods.
