He faces several federal charges and murder charges in Georgia and Alabama. I believe that since one of his targets was a womens' health clinic, and somebody died there, he faces the federal death penalty. So he's pretty much dead no matter how you slice it.

It's not that he dosen't deserve whatever maximum penalty is aplicable, I'm just not confident it'll be done through entirely legal methods.
