Y'know, when you've slept like crap, and need to be awake to take care of some things, nothing works better than setting WinAmp to play the "Metal and Hard Rock" folder.

Why? Because -- principally because of children. I mean, it's -- it is the reason for marriage. It's not to affirm the love of two people. I mean, that's not what marriage is about. I mean, if that were the case, then lots of different people and lots of different combinations could be, quote, "married."

Marriage is not about affirming somebody's love for somebody else. It's about uniting together to be open to children, to further civilization in our society.

Oh, son of a..

I was digging through amazing pile of junk mail we get, and I found an unopened letter from EDD.

I was supposed to be at a job session this morning. I called and told them I was very sick this weekend and just forgot the date. So now I have to enter that I was too sick to attend the session on my claim form. I have no idea what this means as far as my claim.

God damn it, we have a mail tray for this reason! and it's filled with everything but mail!
