I saw that mess on customers_suck about the race card and was appalled at the terrible moderation. That guy you were "trolling" was SUCH an asshole, I actually thought he/she was the troll and then I saw the ban. No wonder there's a second customer unappreciation community without the uptight attitude.
Race card isn't a denial that someone not white experiences discrimination, it simply means someone using their race to try and get what they want. Do people really think that doesn't happen? People are people, white or otherwise people are going to misbehave in a customer/service setting and try to game the system. Being unfairly accused of racism or being discriminated against because of color is wrong either way and shouting that one is so much worse that it justifies the other is awful.
