Oh man, you're right, that combination is so obvious and perfect. Paizo really is coming out to be the star RPG organization these days.

Friend of mine uses a paperback-sized whiteboard to make up a somewhat simpler form of this for every encounter. Just initiative totals, really, but very useful.
