Dear Third Base Umpire.

When the ball hits the chalked foul line, throwing a clearly visible puff of dust, that means it is a fair ball, not a foul. Foul lines are in play. To quote the Gospels, 2.00:

FAIR TERRITORY is that part of the playing field within, and including the first base and third base lines, from home base to the bottom of the playing field fence and perpendicularly upwards. All foul lines are in fair territory. (emphasis added)


Stupid blown call cost us a probable run in the first inning.

It's the TV broadcast, so that makes it Kruk and Kuip. I'm sure this is torturous for you to watch though.
