I just tried The Hottest Fuckin' Sauce. Way too hot on it's own, I mixed it with Salsa Brava in about a 1 to 10 ratio. My reaction?

The last time my sinuses were this clear was when I was exposed to CS in concentrated form. I am scared of this stuff.

I need more.

Good hot sauce is one of the wonderful things about living in Texas. Man, I used to work with a lady who made her own - it would hurt so good. *G*

Food in general is what I love about Texas. I told Kirsten she was not allowed to return from Austin without a visit to a steakhouse and having a real southern breakfast.
