(And incidentally the best way to play down the whole Mayan Long Count thing which is SURE to come up... above and beyond the fact that it really doesn't come up in 2012 anyway....)

The Mayan Long Count only matters if you're in the shotgun. It's never used when the quarterback is under center. (Except for Miami, who use it as part of their modified wildcat.)
