Wow, you have to wonder how many people they lose from just accidentally running into the "overhead" wire. It's hot, bare, and just above eye level -- a recipe for disaster.
all those sparks underground, with the dust and a possibility of methane and other gases...... more excitement than i would want in a w*rkplace.
and i doubt we'll get even that for the billions we're voted to piss away on the proposed system here in the PRC. i predict most of it will go to consultants, lawyers, and advertising telling us what a great thing it will be if we'd just pass another bond measure and give them just a bet more money.
