OK, I found that wine pairing site through a stupid_free post that came out of cooking. Playing with the site, and reading the whole cooking thread made me crave...

Wine and cheese.

Luckily, the half bottle of 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon I got in January hasn't turned yet, and we just bought some good Cheddar.
