Oh come on! I knew of TPNs (third party nationals, the imported menial laborers who do all the work that would normally be handled by locals) from at LEAST a dozen countries that I can think of off hand. If there's even one Bhutani peasant cleaning a toilet for Halliburton in Iraq, that means Bhutan is involved in the fight! ;-)
