Fire destroys building under construction in Santa Clara

I delivered there just before Christmas. The foreman for the company I was delivering to was a complete ass and was chain smoking.

Well, that would explain the cause of the fire. Currently unexplained, but they are trying to blame the roofers who were working with tar.
Perhaps you should put a word into the owners/fire department.
