One reason I'm glad not to be working at PODS anymore...

Because I know I'd get this place for a drop.

Seriously, what were they thinking when they designed and built these places?

What the Architects Missed

They clearly failed to realize that not everyone rides to work in an M113 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M113_Armored_Personnel_Carrier)....

Growing up in Spokane, I saw several hiuses that had *basement* garages, with a curved (vertical, not horizontal) driveway from the door to the street.

Besides being amazed that cars could make it up the driveway, I wondered about rain and more importantly *snow*.

It wasn't unusual to have a couple of feet on the ground, though one foot was more "normal".

Any sort of drifting snow, and the owner of the house would have to dig out 7 feet of snow at the garage door.

If I ever make another trip back, I'll have to go looking to see if those houses are still there and take pictures.

What kind of idiot designs a house with a driveway at that angle??? Only people driving BIG SUVs or monster trucks would be able to manage that driveway without scratching the s**t out of their bumpers. *shakes head*

Bottom out?? Hell, if they have a real tall vehicle, they'll hit the top of the garage with the top of the vehicle!!
