Heard from Legal Aid

About the situation with Sentinel Security.

The short of it is that right now I don't have a case. Since I still technically have a job, I can't claim that I'm being discriminated against. The very nice young lawyer did tell me to start building a paper trail in case things change.

She also told me (before I could finish the question) that if they do discriminate against me that I could expect a settlement of a couple hundred grand.

They've started a file with my name on it, which right now consists of the date I called and the basics of my case.

So they haven't explicitly fired you? In that case, I'd start bugging them for another assignment. Get the paper trail to include that you're willing to work, but that they refuse to give you an assignment. You may be able to demonstrate discrimination even though you're still technically an employee.

I would except I'm dealing with the side effects of the increased trileptal dosage.
