My roll to disbelieve keeps failing.

And there are people on my friendslist who are HAPPY about it.

I'm torn, really. I fully believe the man is guilty of multiple counts of molestation, contributing to the delinquency, etc., etc.

But klwalton, who has been working the trial almost from the beginning (she and her husband are freelance audio/video professionals) and spent some of that time in the courtroom, believes that the jury returned the right verdict, based on the evidence she saw. I respect Kathy's judgement. (She also makes the point that she'd rather see a guilty man walk than an innocent man hang. In theory, I agree with that. In practice, it's damnably hard to swallow.)
