Kirsten installed Trillian for me, and there it sits, mocking me. The help file isn't too helpful. I think I'll need Kiri to actually teach me how to use this thing.

Oh, I did all the setup for him, too...I guess he was confused on how to actually chat. He's fixed that, now, so it's all good. (And yes, his handles are in his profile....)
