OpenOffice question..

Anybody know how to set up forms in OpenOffice.org? I'm trying to set up some standard format for planets in the Lunion Subsector, and being able to pull up the same thing with set speaces for filling in blanks would be nice.

If you figure it out, let me know, but that's more of a database type thing, and that's the one MS Office thing Open Office doesn't do.
