As a woman, I'd like to be able to figure out the signals from those of my own gender better myself. I'm on the verge of throwing up my hands in surrender over one I'm dealing with because for all her talk about wanting to hook up, she won't follow through on the contact and doesn't return my emails, either. Of course, I also have her phone number and don't bother to call, so it's kind of a mutual problem. Sigh. Grr.
