Alas, reading that confirms what I suspected when I saw it in the SJ Games RSS feed.

"Teleport" is being used as a synonym for "telepresence" It's at best remotely operated vehicles and the like, possibly only "advanced" videoconferencing type stuff.,

I deduce this from the qualifications.
