My bike has been stolen.

Out of our locked garage, some assholes took both my bike, and the junker leaning against the wall, and took off with both. Didn't touch anything else.

I'm sitting here shaking with rage. Goddamnit, am I not allowed to have anything that goes good for me last? That bike meant that I had at least minimal control of my freedom. I could just go somewhere, even if my range was fairly short. I could get into the breeze, move faster than a walk, enjoy the sensation of really moving... and some bastard has taken that from me.

Know what's funny? The damn bike is worth maybe $80, total, (They also stole an old junker that was worthless.) The bike was a Target special, the lights were pretty cheap, and I still have all my tools and my helmet.

So, now I have to put other pans on hold, and start saving towards a new bike. If I see any motherfucker riding my bike, I will fucking break him in half.

For the South Bay folks, it's a Dynacraft Magna Great Divide, 26" 18 speed. It has a headlight, and a tail light.. I'll post the case number after the police give me one.

Now I'm going to try to avoid breaking down in tears before the cops get here.

While it doesn't change the underlying suckage...

You should find enough in your PayPal to help buy a new one.
